I am Ruichun Liu, an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Department of Marketing & Business Analytics, Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, San José State University. I earned my Ph.D. in Quantitative Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign.
My current research focuses on how new technologies shape consumer decisions and make a societal impact. Two main areas of my research focus are Consumer Mobility and Artificial Intelligence. I employ causal modeling, econometrics, machine learning, and deep learning approaches in my research.
